from day 4. November 2009



on the issue of banknotes after 5 000 Czk model 2009



The Czech National Bank establishes, pursuant to section 22 (b). and) Act No. 6/1993 Coll.

Česká národní banka, as amended by Act No. 442/2000 Coll.:



§ 1



On 1 January 2004. December 2009 shall be issued into circulation banknotes after 5 000 Czk pattern

2009 (hereinafter referred to as "Note").



§ 2



(1) the Bill is 74 mm wide and 170 mm long. Permissible tolerance in

its width and length is plus or minus 1.5 mm. Note is printed on

natural-colored paper with a watermark, the blare of local běločarým

watermarks and protective okénkovým stripe.



(2) the tiered watermark is located at 44 mm wide an unprinted margin

banknotes (hereinafter referred to as "coupon") and consists of a portrait of Tomáš Garrigue

Masaryk. Next to the stepped watermark with a portrait of Tomáš Garrigue

Masaryk is toward the center of the banknote watermark indicating běločarý

the value of the "5000", which is oriented in parallel with the shorter sides

banknotes. Above it is placed from the left sitting Eagle.



(3) protective okénkový Strip with a width of 3 mm is embedded in the paper in the

perpendicular to the long side along the entire width of the banknotes, in the distance

99 mm from the left edge of the banknote with a tolerance of plus or minus 6 mm offset.

Its metallic color depending on the angle of the incident light is changing

from green to hnědofialovou. On the front of the banknotes on a

the surface of the paper under the banner of colour changeable metallic colors. In

$5000 ".



(4) Note: it is fitted with a protective produces a brand that has in

the desktop. Part of the protective registration marks visible on the front of the

printed in grey-blue colour and is located in the upper left area of the print

shape notes. Part of the protective registration marks visible on the reverse

the left edge of the banknote with a tolerance of 3 mm. offset a protective glossy

(7) On the obverse and the reverse side of the banknotes are printed by printing from the desktop

§ 3



(1) on the front of the banknote is the right of the portrait print shapes

grey-black and grey-blue. The name "TOMÁŠ GARRIGUE MASARYK" is placed in the

§ 4



(1) on the reverse side of the banknote is in several shades of blue-gray color

depicts the grouping of the most famous Prague's Gothic and Baroque

buildings in perspective, with the landmark St. Stephen's Cathedral. Vitus Cathedral in the middle. In

the top of the print shapes are in color tmavorůžové printed two

Gothic Gables with historical characters of Prague (left) and (right). In

the bottom of the print image of the shape of Prague accompanied by the Prague

the street signs and tombstones of the Jewish cemetery. In the right

part of the print of the shape is parallel to the longer sides of the banknote in the direction

the coupon printed in blue-gray color of the Strip, on which is placed a large

coat of arms of the Czech Republic also printed in color of grey-blue. Under

the belt is asked from the tmavorůžové and blue-gray rosette ribbons. In the right

illustrations and text are printed by printing from the desktop.



(2) the designation of a series of banknotes one uppercase letter of the alphabet and

two digit programme number and the 6-digit serial number of the banknote is printed

horizontally on the bottom right under the national character of the Czech Republic and in the

vertically from bottom to top in the middle of the short side of the banknotes when

an unprinted margin to the left. Both designation of series and the serial numbers of the banknote

(3) at the top of the coupon is printed by the printing from the desktop in a gray-blue color

big bold number "5000" indicating the denomination of the banknote.

colors.

blue-black printed printing from the desktop graphic symbol in the shape of

stylized Linden leaf.



§ 5



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. December 2009.
