DECREE



The Ministry of the Interior



of 18 May. December 2001,



amending Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 207/2001 Coll., which

performs the Act 301/2000 Coll., on the civil registry, the name and surname and amending

some related laws, as amended by Decree No. 230/2001 Coll.



Ministry of the Interior shall determine under section 96 of the Act No. 301/2000 Coll.

the civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain related laws:



Article. (I)



Decree 207/2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301/2000 Coll.

the civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain related laws,

as amended by Decree No. 230/2001 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. in § 9 para. 1, letter a) is added:



"and the name of the village, and) is divided into parts, whether or not the name of the part,

where appropriate, the name and number of the cadastral territory, descriptive or

registration; matches the name of the village with the name of the village, part of the village

It does not state ".



2. in annex No. 1, in the column "district" in point 41 of Olomouc in the column

"Registry Office" abrogating paragraph 15 and Welwyn Garden City in point 30 of Grantham in the column

"List of villages, towns, districts, municipalities and military

újezdů administrative perimeter of the registry office "shall be inserted after point 2 to point 3

Welwyn Garden City and the former item 3 Velký Týnec is renumbered as section 4. In

the column "Registry Office" with the current section 16 Náklo renumbered 15

Náklo and the following points shall be renumbered as paragraphs 16 to 30.



3. in annex No. 1, in the column "district" in point 50 of Prague in the column

"Registry Office" to point 17 of the Prague-Kbely airport in the column "list of municipalities, cities,

boroughs, urban districts and military újezdů the administrative circuit

Registry Office "be added as paragraph 1 of the Prague-Čakovice and points 1

up to 3 shall become points 2 to 4. In the column "Registry Office" in section 18

Prague-Letnany in the column "list of villages, towns, districts,

districts and military újezdů the administrative circuit, deaths and marriages "

deleted the section 1 Prague-Čakovice and point 2 Prague-Letnany,

referred to as point 1.



4. in annex No. 1, in the column "district" in section 76, Znojmo



a) in the column "Registry Office" in item deleted from column Blížkovice

"List of villages, towns, districts, municipalities and military

újezdů administrative circuit, deaths and marriages "section 6 Jiřice u Moravian

Budějovice. Items 7 to 9 are renumbered 6 to 8,



(b)) in the column "Registry Office" in item 7 of the Jevišovice in column "list

municipalities, cities, city districts, districts and military újezdů

administrative circuit, deaths and marriages "the following point 5 Jiřice u Moravian

Budějovice and points 5 to 8 shall become points 6 to 9.



Article II



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2002.
