amending Act No. 247/1995 Coll., on elections to the Parliament of the Czech

Republic and amending and supplementing certain other acts, as amended by

Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



Act No. 247/1995 Coll., on elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic and the

amendments to certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212/1996

Coll., Constitutional Court published under no. 244/1999 Coll., Act No.

204/2000 Coll., Constitutional Court published under no. 64/2001 Coll. and

Act No. 37/2002 is amended as follows:



1. In article 1 (1). 4, after the words "Czech Republic", the words "on

the territory of the United States "and the last sentence shall be deleted.



2. In paragraph 1, the following paragraph 4 shall be inserted after paragraph 5 and 6 are added:



"(5) the elections to the Chamber of deputies of the Parliament of the United Kingdom in

abroad are held in 2 days, which are



and) Thursday and Friday, when the voting starts at 14. 00 pm and ends at 9 pm.

4. in paragraph 22 of the present text shall become paragraph 1 and the following

the vote closed, a special ward Election Commission shall act in accordance with

§ 21 para. 1 the first sentence and interrupts their meeting until the start of the Census

votes (§ 40). ".



5. In article 38 paragraph 2. 5 the first sentence of "24" is replaced by the figure ' 48 '.



6. In paragraph 40, the following paragraph 1, which reads as follows:



"(1) the District Electoral Commission, counting of votes begins as soon as the

period laid down for the end of voting in the Czech

Republic. ".



Paragraphs 1 to 4 shall be renumbered 2 to 5.



7. in section 40 para. 2, the words "their vote" shall be replaced by

"the expiration of the period fixed for the end of voting in the Czech

of the Republic ".



8. In § 43 para. 6, the words "their vote (section 22)" shall be replaced by

"the start of the Census pursuant to § 40".



9. In article 97, paragraph 5 shall be deleted.



10. in annex No. 3 "list of constituencies for elections to the Senate with the

indication of their seat "constituencies # 25 and 27 are added:



"Electoral district No. 25 location: Prague 6

comprises the District of Prague 6, with the exception of cadastral Districts,

part of the cadastral Bubeneč and Hradčany. r., located on the territory of the

Article II
