DECREE



the Federal Ministry of foreign trade



on 2 December. June 1989,



the change of the order of the arbitral tribunal announces the československá obchodní

Chamber of Commerce



The Federal Ministry of foreign trade shall determine pursuant to section 48 of the Act

No. 42/1980 Coll., on economic relations with foreign countries:



§ 1



The Federal Ministry of foreign trade on the proposal of the Bureau

The Arbitration Court of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and industry announced by the

change the order of the Court of arbitration declared by Decree of the Federal

Ministry of foreign trade no. 14/1988 Coll., shall be published

Order of the Court of arbitration of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and industry. The text of the

the changes will be published in the annex to this Decree.



§ 2



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. July 1989.

ANNEX



Article. (I)



§ 2 (2). 2 Tariff B of the rules on the costs of the arbitration proceedings-in

other disputes:

"The value of the subject of the dispute a charge



Up to 80 000 Czech Crowns Czk 3 300

Up to 800 000 Czk 3.5%, but at least Czk 3 300

To 2 400 000 Czech crowns 2.7%, but at least Czk 28 000

1.5% to Czk 7 200 000, but at least Czk 64 800

From 7 200 000 Czech Crowns above 1%, but not less than 108 000 Czech Crowns ".



Article II



§ 3 para. 5 rules on the costs of the arbitration:



"(5) the provisions of paragraphs 1-4 also apply to the minimum fee.

However, the amount of the fee cannot be less than 100 Rbl (Schedule A),

2100 or Czech Crowns (Schedule B). ".
