The DECREE



of 21 April 2004. may 2013



amending Decree No. 364/2005 Coll., on keeping schools and

school facilities and school to the Registrar and to the transmission of documentation

schools and educational institutions, and from the school Registrar (the Decree on the documentation

schools and educational institutions), as amended



The Ministry of education, youth and sports, determined according to section 28, paragraph. 6

Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher

vocational and other education (the Education Act), as amended by Act No.

383/2005 Coll., Act No. 49/2009 Coll. and Act No. 472/2011 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 364/2005 Coll., on the leadership of schools and school documentation

facilities and school to the Registrar and to the transmission of documentation of schools and

educational institutions and from the school Registrar (the Decree on the documentation of the schools and

educational facilities), as amended by Decree No 389/2006 Coll., Decree No.

226/2007 Coll., Decree No. 208/2009 Coll. and Decree No. 29/2012 Coll.,

amended as follows:



1. In section 3, paragraph 3. 4, the words "and" shall be deleted.



2. in annex No 1 article. 1 (1). 1 (a). and the number) ' 30 ' is replaced by

"15".



3. in annex No 1 article. 1 (1). 3, after the words "Note", the words

"the Ministry, is a school established by the Ministry,".



4. in annex No 1 article. 5 at the end of the text of paragraph 2, the words ",

further information about the education of the pupil passes under the framework of the educational

the programme for basic education, the annex governing the education of pupils with

a slight mental disabilities, including information on how the integration of the

5. in annex No. 2 article. 1 (1). 1, the words "either on the listinném form,

15. in annex No. 2 article. 3 paragraph 2 shall be deleted.



The former paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.



16. in annex No. 2 article. 3 (3). 2, the words "or" shall be deleted.



17. in annex No. 2 article. 4 (4). 2 at the end of the text of subparagraph (a))

the words ", with the hive-off classes with an Assistant educator".



18. in annex No. 2 article. 4 (4). 2 (a). (b)), the words "the special class and

children in them "shall be replaced by" children in special classes ".



19. in annex No. 2 article. 4 (4). 2 (a). (d)), the words "foreigners who

they do not have access to education under the same conditions as nationals

29. in annex No. 2 article. 19 paragraph 2 is added:



"(2) the data for the current school year:

Letters b) to (d)) shall become letters and) to (c)).



33. in annex No. 2 article. 22 (a). (c)), the words "and by education" shall be deleted.



34. in annex No. 2 article. 23 paragraph. 1 the words "clients, who could not

be examined "shall be deleted.



35. in annex No. 2 article. 23 paragraph. 2, the words "and by education" shall be deleted.

Transmission of aggregated data from the register of employees and payroll

resources



(1) the data they transmit legal persons performing the activities of the school

or the educational establishment set up by the Ministry, region, municipality, volume
