of 31 March 2004. in July 2006,
amending Decree No 54/2004 Coll. on foodstuffs intended for
particular nutritional uses and how to use them
The Ministry of health shall, pursuant to section 19 para. 1 (b). and) and i)
Act No. 110/1997 Coll. on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending
and the addition of some related laws, as amended by Act No. 308/2000
Coll., Act No. 274/2003 Coll. and Act No. 316/2004 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as
the "Act"):
Article. (I)
Decree No. 54/2004 Coll. on foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses and the

1. In article 1, paragraphs 1 and 2, including the footnotes 1 and 1a shall be added:
