GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 December 2003. on 31 March 1998,
promulgating a binding part of the master plan of the great territorial unit
Hodonín district
The Government directs pursuant to § 29 para. 2 Act No. 50/1976 Coll., on the territorial
planning and building code (the building Act), as amended by Act No.
262/1992 Coll.:
§ 1
The mandatory part of the master plan of the great territorial unit district Hodonín
graphically expressed in annex 1 to this regulation, are listed in annex
# 2 of this regulation.
§ 2
Territorial plan of the great territorial unit district Hodonín, approved by resolution of the
the Governments of 19 May. March 1998 No. 187, is stored at the District Office in
Hodonín and the Ministry for regional development.
§ 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.

2 x 110 kV lines kinking of Hodonín-Hodonín-Sokolnice, Kyjov,
Hodonín-Veselí nad Moravou in the substation 110 kV Rohatec, kinking of
leadership of the 110 kV substation hats-Kyjov to the 110 kV and 400 kV lines Folsom CA
Sokolnice-Křižovany including substation Rohatec-Roztrhánky,
g) high pressure gas pipelines Kyjov-Ždánice, meadow-Blatnička, Slavkov
-Boršice u Buchlovice (district Uherské Hradiště)-Suchov and Jablonica-
Mutěnice,
h) supra-regional and regional territorial system of ecological stability.
2. Construction of functionally and operationally linked to implementing the projects listed in
paragraph 1 (b). a) to (g)) and territorially defined in the graphics section of the territorial
the plan in a scale of 1:50, 000, with the approval clause, are publicly
beneficial.
