To change the Interior Ministry Decree No. 152/2000 Coll. on the execution of

In § 17 paragraph 2. 1 the Ministry of Interior Decree No. 152/2000 Coll.

In § 12 para. 1 and 2 of the Decree of the Ministry of Home Affairs No. 233/2000 Coll.
the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 247/1995 Coll., on elections to the
Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other
laws, as amended by Act No. 212/1996 Coll., Constitutional Court
published under no. 243/1999 Coll. and Act No. 204/2000 Coll., as amended by
Decree No. 80/2002 Coll., Decree No. 401/2002 Coll. and Decree No.
251/2006 Coll., the amount of ' $800 ' is replaced by ' Eur 1 300 ", the amount
"£ 1 000 ' is replaced by ' up to 1 500 Eur" and the amount "$ 1 100"
shall be replaced by "1 600 CZK".

some of the provisions of law No. 491/2001 Coll., on elections to the
Councils of municipalities and amending certain laws, as amended by Decree No.
401/2002 Coll. and Decree No. 251/2006 Coll., the amount of ' $800 ' is replaced by
the amount of "$ 1 300", the amount of "$ 1 000 ' is replaced by ' Eur 1 500" and
the amount of "$ 1 100" is replaced by "Eur 1 600".

Amendment to Decree No. 409/2003 Coll., to implement Act No. 62/2003 Coll.

In section 10, paragraph 1. 1 of Decree No. 409/2003 Coll., to implement Act No. 62/2003
Coll., on elections to the European Parliament and amending certain acts, in
amended by Decree No. 251/2006 Coll., the amount of ' $800 ' is replaced by ' 1
$300, "amount" of $1 000 ' is replaced by ' Eur 1 500 "and" 1
$100 "is replaced by" Eur 1 600 ".
