GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 March. July 1952, about some of the changes in the Organization of the high
schools.

The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic ordered pursuant to section 3 of the Act 58/1950 Coll. on
high schools:
§ 1
(1) from the former Faculty of agriculture and forestry of the Czech University
Technical University in Prague to establish University of agriculture in Prague and
Faculty of Forestry of the Czech Technical University in Prague.
(2) College of agriculture is divided on the thereafter, Faculty
Economic and mechanization.
§ 2
(1) Veterinary College in Brno is compatible with agricultural faculty
College of agriculture and forestry in Brno in high school
in Brno.
(2) the College is divided into the Faculty thereafter, zootechnical and
animal health.
§ 3
The existing forestry Faculty of the College of agriculture and forestry in Brno
organisačně přičleňuje to the high school building in Brno.
§ 4

§ 5
(1) the Forestry Faculty of the College of agriculture and forestry in Košice
converted to a high school of forestry and forestry in Zvolen.
(2) the College is divided into the Faculty of forestry and the Faculty of law
forestry.
§ 6
(1) there is hereby established Technical University in Košice.
(2) the College is divided into the Faculty of heavy machinery, mining
and metallurgical. Mining Faculty of the Technical University in Košice is formed
by incorporating the former mining Faculty of the Slovak Technical University in
Bratislava.
§ 7
At the Charles University in Prague and at the Slovak University in Bratislava
shall be established at the Faculty of geological-geographical sciences.
§ 8
A branch of the Faculty of education of the Slovak university in Bratislava
moves from Košice to Prešov.
§ 9
Measures taken in conformity with the provisions of this regulation prior to its
effect shall be considered the date of measures taken pursuant to this
of the regulation.
§ 10
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. September 1952, in addition to the provisions of § 7,
which shall take effect on 1 January 2000. August 1952, and to the provisions of section 8, which
shall take effect on 1 January 2000. September 1953; guide them through the Minister for education, science and
art in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
