amending Decree No. 395/1992 Coll., implementing some

the provisions of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, in

as amended, as amended



Ministry of the environment shall be determined according to § 28 para. 1, § 33 para.

1, § 35 para. 1, § 38 paragraph 1(a). 7, § 40 paragraph 2. 4 and § 48 para. 3 of Act No.

114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No. 218/2004

Article. (I)



Decree 395/1992 Coll., which implements certain provisions of the Act

No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended

the regulations, as amended by Decree No. 105/1997 Coll., Decree No. 200/1999 Coll.

Decree No. 85/2000 Coll., Decree No. 190/2000 Coll., Decree No. 116/2004

Coll., Decree No. 381/2004 Coll., Decree No. 573/2004 Coll., Decree No.

574/2004 Coll. and Decree No. 452/2005 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In section 8 paragraph 1. 3 in the first sentence, after the words "or of the lessee" shall be replaced

"or any other authorized user".



2. In section 8 paragraph 1. 3 (b)):



"(b) the proof of ownership), unless it is verified in the land

real estate, or rental or the applicant's relationship to land

and the Woods growing outside the forest, ".



3. in article 16 paragraph 1. 4, the word "district" is replaced by the word "provincial".



4. In article 16(1). 6 the first sentence, the words "authorisation" shall be replaced by

the words "exemption granted".



5. in article 16 paragraph 1. 6 the second sentence, the words "permission issues" are replaced by

the words "exemption" and "there" are replaced by the words "in it".



6. in article 16 paragraph 1. 6 the third sentence, the word "permission" is replaced by

"an exception".



7. in annex II, to a point 2. added in alphabetical order of words:
