of 18 July 2003. April 2011,
amending Decree No. 335/1997 Coll., which implements section 18 (a).
and), d), (h)), i), (j)) and to Act No 110)/1997 Coll. on foodstuffs and
tobacco products and amending and supplementing certain related
laws for soft drinks and concentrates for the preparation of
non-alcoholic drinks, fruit wines, other wines and Mead, beer,
drinking alcohol, spirits and other alcoholic beverages, the fermentation vinegar and
yeast, as amended
The Ministry of agriculture determined in accordance with section 18, paragraph. 1 (a). and), b), (g)), and
h) Act No. 110/1997 Coll. on foodstuffs and tobacco products and
change and the addition of some related laws, as amended by Act No.
119/2000 Coll., Act No. 306/2000 Coll., Act No. 146/2002 Coll., Act No.
274/2003 Coll., Act No. 316/2004 Coll. and Act No. 120/2008 Coll.:
Article. (I)
This Decree was notified in accordance with the directive of the European Parliament
and Directive 98/34/EC of 22 December 2004. June 1998 on the procedure for the provision of information
in the field of technical standards and regulations and of rules on information
the company, as amended by Directive 98/48/EC.
Article. (II)
Decree No. 335/1997 Coll., which implements section 18 (a). and), d), (h)), and)
(j)) and to Act No 110)/1997 Coll. on foodstuffs and tobacco products and
amending and supplementing certain related laws for non-alcoholic
drinks and concentrates for the preparation of non-alcoholic drinks, fruit wines,
other wines and Mead, beer, potable alcohol, spirits and other
alcoholic beverages, vinegar fermentation and yeast, as amended by Decree No 45/2000
Coll., Decree No. 57/2003 Coll. and Decree No 289/2004 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In section 1, letter g) shall be deleted.
Subparagraph (h)) to q) shall become letters (g)) to (p)).
2. In section 3, paragraph 3. 1, the words "special legislation" ^ 1a) "shall be replaced by
the words "the decree governing the way food labelling ^ 4)."
Footnote 4:
"4) Decree No 113/2005 Coll., on the way to the labelling and
tobacco products, as amended by later regulations. ".
Footnote 1 shall be deleted.
3. In section 3, paragraph 3. 1 (a). (d)) usable energy "shall be replaced by the words
"energy".
4. In section 3, paragraph 3. 1 the letter g) is added:
"(g)) for fruit nectar shall indicate the minimum content of fruit juice, fruit
marrow or a mixture of these ingredients with the words "the share of fruit: at least-
% ", which shall be in the same field of vision as the product name,".
5. In section 3, paragraph 3. 1 (a). I) point 3, the words "and the guest according to the total
mineralization (content of dissolved solids) under the Special
^ law 1b) ' shall be deleted.
Footnote 1b shall be deleted.
6. In section 3, paragraph 3. 1 the letter q):
"q) for mixtures of fruit juice and fruit juice from concentrate, and for fruit
nectar obtained entirely or partly from one or more of the
concentrated products shall bear the indication "from concentrate or concentrates"
or "partly from concentrate or concentrates; This information shall be indicated

7. In section 3, paragraph 3. 1 at the end of the text of the letter r), the words "shall be added;

10. In section 4, paragraph 2:
"(2) physical and chemical requirements for fruit and vegetable juice from
concentrate or concentrates are listed in annex 1, table 2. ".
Footnote 2 shall be deleted.
11. In section 4, paragraph 4. 4, the words "and the microbiological requirements for

For the purposes of this Ordinance means

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005. May 2011, with the exception of the
the provisions of the article. (II) points 3 to 9, 18 to 38 and 45 to 47, which shall take
