mining activity in gassy mines, as amended by Decree No. 56/2007
Coll., Decree 22/1989 Coll. on safety and health at work
and safety in the mining and quarrying
non-reserved minerals underground, as amended, Decree
No. 4/1994 Coll. laying down requirements on the design and construction of
buildings and equipment for the divorce and the isolation of the winds and the closure of mine workings,
as amended by Decree No. 90/2003 Coll. and Decree No. 52/1997 Coll., which
establishes requirements to ensure the safety and protection of health at work and the
safety when disposing of the main mine workings, as amended by

The Czech mining Office lays down pursuant to § 6 paragraph 1. 6 (a). and Act No. 61/1988)
Coll. on mining activities, explosives and the State Mining Administration:
PART THE FIRST
Amendment of the Decree on separate ventilation in mining activity in the gassy
mines
Article. (I)
Decree 165/2002 Coll., on separate ventilation in mining activities in the
gassy mines, as amended by Decree No. 56/2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In section 8 paragraph 1. 2, after the words "in the arrangement shown in figure (D) ' shall be
the words "or Figure D2".
2. In section 8 paragraph 1. 3 (b). a), the words "50 m corridor or 150 m subterra's catch word"
is replaced by ' 200 m ".
3. § 9 para. 1 (b). (d)), ' 0.5% ' is replaced by ' 1.0% ".
4. section 11, including the title.
5. In annex 2, point 5 the following point 5a with a picture of D2, which reads as follows:
"5. a SEPARATE VENTILATION COMBINED with MOUTH (with main BLOWING LUTNOVÝM
Tension)
Figure D2
Note: the type, number and location of the stroke in the fan stopped, shall determine
separate ventilation project. ".
6. in annex 2 section 7 reads as follows:
"7. the SEPARATE VENTILATION COMBINED BLOWING when YOU CHANGE the DIRECTION of the EXCAVATION

Amendment of the Decree on health and safety at work and safety
When operating in mining activities and mining of non-reserved minerals in
the underground
Article. (II)
Decree 22/1989 Coll. on safety and health at work and the
traffic safety in mining activities and mining of non-reserved
minerals underground, as amended by Decree No. 477/1991 Coll., Decree No.
340/1992 Coll., Decree No. 3/1994 Coll., Decree No. 54/1996 Coll., Decree
No. 109/1998 Coll., Decree No. 434/2000 Coll., Decree No. 330/2002 Coll.
Decree No. 141/2004 Coll., Decree No. 298/2005 Coll., Decree No.
282/2007 Coll., Decree No. 361/2009 Coll. and Decree No. 35/2010 Coll.,
be amended as follows:
1. In § 157 paragraph. 1 the words "approved service specified by the Czech mining
the Office "be deleted.
2. In § 163 para. 5 and § 185 paragraph 2. 1 the words "service specified by the Czech
Mining Authority ' shall be deleted.
PART THREE
Amendment of the Decree, which establishes requirements for the design and construction of
buildings and equipment for the divorce and the isolation of the winds and the closure of mine workings
Article. (III)
Decree 4/1994 Coll. laying down requirements on the design and
the construction of buildings and equipment for the divorce and the isolation of the winds and the conclusion
mine workings, as amended by Decree No. 90/2003 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in article 1, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) this Ordinance has been notified in accordance with the directive of the European
Parliament and Council Directive 98/34/EC of 22 December 2004. June 1998 on the procedure for
the provision of information in the field of standards and technical regulations and legislation
for information society services, as amended by Directive 98/48/EC ".
2. In section 4, paragraph 4. 1 (b). (c)) and § 5 para. 1 (b). (c)), including notes below
line 2, the words "approved by the specified the Czech mining
Office ^ 2) "is replaced by" identified as suitable for use in
Underground ^ 2) ".
2) § 6 para. 1 of Decree No. 22/1989 Coll. ".
3. in § 5 para. 1 (b). (c)), the words "approved by the specified to Czech
Mining Authority ^ 2) "is replaced by" identified as suitable for use in
Underground ^ 2) ".
4. In article 6 (1). 1 (b). (d)), the words "approved by the specified to Czech
Mining Authority ^ 2) "is replaced by" identified as suitable for use in
Underground ^ 2) ".
5. § 9 para. 2 c) and (d)):
"(c)) for sealing the latex, asfaltolatexová emulsion, polyurethane foam,
plaster, plastic paste of clay, bentonite, and similarly, cement mortar,
větračské canvas and other materials identified as suitable for use in
Underground ^ 2)
(d)) as the fill material for double peření dusaný clay, loose and
water prolévaný fly ash, limestone powder or another compacted material
designated as suitable for underground use ^ 2) ".
6. in article 16 paragraph 1. 1 (b). (c)), § 17 para. 1 (b). (c)), section 22 para. 1 (b).
(e)), section 22 para. 2 (a). (c)), the words "approved by the specified to Czech
Mining Authority ^ 2) "shall be replaced by the words" tested the durability of the dam against the
explosion ^ 2) ".
7. in article 16 paragraph 1. 2 with the sixth sentence repealed.
8. section 18 (1):
"(1) for the construction of the dam of the rychletuhnoucích and special materials may only be

9. in paragraph 22 of the paragraph. 2 (a). (c)), the words "approved service specified by the Czech

10. in paragraph 1 of article 23. 3, the first sentence is replaced by the phrase "equipment and products
intended to be incorporated or hook into the hrázového object, with the exception of
equipment referred to in paragraph 1 (b). (e)), it must be tested for durability
explosion. ".
11. in article 23, paragraph 4 shall be deleted.
The present paragraph 5 shall become paragraph 4.
PART FOUR
Amendment of the Decree, which lays down the requirements to ensure the safety and
occupational health and safety when disposing of the main
mine workings
Article. (IV)
Decree 52/1997 Coll. laying down requirements to ensure
safety and health at work and the safety of operations at
liquidation of main mine workings, as amended by Decree No. 32/2000 Coll.
Decree No. 592/2004 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in article 1, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) this Ordinance has been notified in accordance with the directive of the European
Parliament and Council Directive 98/34/EC of 22 December 2004. June 1998 on the procedure for
the provision of information in the field of standards and technical regulations and legislation
for information society services, as amended by Directive 98/48/EC ".
2. In article 6 (1). 3, the words "in the service specified by the Czech Mining Authority"
shall be deleted.
3. In section 6 (1). 4, the words "service specified pursuant to paragraph 3"
shall be deleted.
PART FIVE
The EFFECTIVENESS of the

This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. July 2011.
