amending Government Decree No. 621/2004 Coll., on providing premium

The Government ordered pursuant to section 8 of Act No. 198/1993 Coll., on the illegality of the

the Communist regime and on resistance against it:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No 622/2004 Coll., on the granting of a supplement to the pension to

alleviate some of the grievances caused by the Communist regime in the area of

social, is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 1 (b). a) after the word "him" the words ", where appropriate, be

4. In section 2, at the end of paragraph 2 the following sentence "If the widow's or

widower's pension from that referred to in § 1 (1). 1 (b). (b)),

the amount of the surcharge under the first sentence and an additional fee will be granted to

the pension which will be paid. ".



5. In section 2, paragraph 2, the following paragraph 3 is added:



"(3) a supplement to a pension payable pursuant to § 1 (1). 2 shall be adopted in

the amount of two-fifths of the amount referred to in paragraph 1. ".



Paragraphs 3 to 5 shall become paragraphs 4 to 6.



6. in section 2, paragraph 5 is added:



"(5) in the case of overlapping of rights referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3 shall be paid only

Article II



The supplement to the pension to alleviate some of the grievances caused by

the Communist regime in the area of social, the grant of which was
