Government orders under section 22 of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical
requirements for products and amending and supplementing certain acts, as amended by
Act No. 71/2000 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") to implement section 12 paragraph 1. 1
(a). (b)) of the Act:
PART THE FIRST
Amendment to Decree No. 13/1977 Coll., on the protection of health from the adverse
effects of noise and vibration
In section 1 of Decree No. 13/1977 Coll., on the protection of health from the adverse
effects of noise and vibration, the present text shall become paragraph 1 and the
the following paragraph 2, including the footnotes No. 1) and (2)):
"(2) this Ordinance shall not apply to the products set out to assess the
conformity in accordance with a special law ^ 1) and Government Regulation ^ 2) prior to their
placing on the market.

PART TWO
Amendment to Decree No. 85/1978 Coll., on inspections, revisions and tests
gas devices
In paragraph 4 of Decree No. 85/1978 Coll., on inspections, revisions and tests
gas devices, the current paragraph 3 shall be inserted after paragraph 4,
that including the footnotes # 5a) and 5b):
"(4) this Ordinance shall not apply to the products set out to assess the
conformity in accordance with a special law ^ 5a) and Government Regulation ^ 5b) prior to their
placing on the market.

Amendment to Decree No. 18/1979 Sb, which determine the pressure
equipment and lays down certain conditions to ensure their safety
Decree No. 18/1979 Sb, which determine the reserved pressure equipment, and
stipulates certain conditions to ensure their safety, as amended by
Decree No. 97/1982 Coll. and Decree No. 550/1990 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In article 1 (1). 2, after the words ' does not apply to "the words" products

Amendment to Decree No. 19/1979 Sb, which specify the dedicated lifting
equipment and lays down certain conditions to ensure their safety
In section 4, paragraph 4. 1 of Decree No. 19/1979 Sb, which specify the dedicated
lifting equipment and lays down certain conditions to ensure that they

Amendment to Decree No. 20/1979 Sb, which specify a dedicated electric
equipment and lays down certain conditions to ensure their safety
In paragraph 4 of Decree No. 20/1979 Sb, which specify a dedicated electric
equipment and lays down certain conditions to ensure their safety, in
amended by Decree No. 564/1990 Coll., on the end of paragraph 7, the following sentence,
that including the footnotes # 3a) and ^ 3b):
"This requirement shall be considered satisfied for the products, which are products
laid down to conformity assessment according to a special law ^ 3a) and regulation
Government ^ 3b) and for which a declaration of conformity has been issued.

Amendment to Decree No. 21/1979 Sb, which specify a dedicated gas
equipment and lays down certain conditions to ensure their safety
In section 1 (1). 2 Decree No. 21/1979 Sb, which specify the dedicated
gas equipment and lays down certain conditions to ensure that they
security, as amended by Decree No. 554/1990 Coll., the word "law"
the dot is deleted and the following words "and set out to assess the
conformity in accordance with a special law ^ 2a) and Government Regulation ^ 2b) prior to their
placing on the market ".

Amendment to Decree No. 410/1990 Coll., on the protection of health from the adverse
effects of electromagnetic radiation
In paragraph 4 of Decree No. 410/1990 Coll., on the protection of health from the adverse
effects of electromagnetic radiation, at the end of paragraph 4 deleted dot
and the following the following words: "and to the products set out to assess conformity
by a special Act ^ 4a) and Government Regulation ^ 4b) before placing them
on the market. ".
Footnote No. 4a) and (4b)) are added:
"4a) section 12 of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and
amending and supplementing certain acts, as amended by law No 71/2000 Sb.
4B) Government Decree No. 169/1997 Coll., laying down technical

PART NINE
Amendment to Decree No. 100/1995 Coll., laying down the conditions for the operation,
design and manufacture of designated technical devices and their instantiations
(Order of the designated technical devices)
In section 2 (2). 2 Decree No. 100/1995 Coll., laying down the conditions for
traffic, construction and production of designated technical devices and their
instantiating (order designated technical devices), at the end of paragraph
added the following sentence:
"This condition shall be considered satisfied if the device has been
