It expresses respect for the Embassy of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in

Bucharest and based on empowering the Government of the Socialist

the Republic has the honor to propose an amendment to the Convention between the Government of the

Socialist Republic and the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic

on the mutual establishment of houses of culture of 26 April. March 1971 as follows:



1. Omit from paragraph 1 of article 2 of the Convention, the words "and the sale of cultural

goods ".



2. Deletions from the provisions of paragraph 3 of article 8 of the Convention, worded as follows: "the sales

the activities of the home culture of the receiving State shall be subject to the legislation and

its authorities have the right to control her. ".



3. Deletions from the article 9, point (c) of the Convention), worded as follows: "the activities of the sales

cultural goods. ".



4. Omit from article 14 of the Convention, the words "or business".
