The State Commission for scientific, technical and investment development, the Federal

price Office, Federal Ministry of finance and State arbitration

The Czechoslovak Socialist Republic lays down, pursuant to section 47 and section 53 para.

1 (b). (e)), and (g)) of Act No. 133/1970 Coll., on the scope of Federal

ministries, as amended, and pursuant to section 269 paragraph. 3, § 391

and 394 of the economic code no. 109/1964 Coll., in full, republished,

under Act No. 45/1983, Coll.:



§ 1



Articles I, II, VII and VIII of the Decree No 166/1971 Coll., as amended

provisions, shall be deleted.



§ 2



The Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
