The DECREE



of 28 June. November 2013



amending Decree No 505/2006 Coll., implementing certain

the provisions of the law on social services, as amended



The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs shall determine pursuant to section 119 paragraph. 2 of the Act

No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, as amended by the Act No. 261/2007

Coll., Act No. 206/2009 Coll., Act No. 366/2011 Coll. and Act No.

313/2013 Coll., to implement section 35 paragraph. 2, section 73, paragraph. 3, section 74, paragraph. 3, §

paragraph 75. 1, section 76, paragraph. 1, section 85, paragraph. 4 and § 116, paragraph. 5 of this Act:



Article. (I)



Decree No 505/2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act

on social services, as amended by Decree No 166/2007 Coll., Decree No.

340/2007 Coll., Decree No. 239/2009 Coll., Decree No. 162/2010 Coll. and

Decree No. 391/2011 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:



1. In section 5 (3). 2, § 8 paragraph. 2, § 9 (2). 2, § 10 (1). 2 (a). and, section 11)

paragraph. 2 (a). and, section 12 paragraph). 2 (a). and), section 22, paragraph. 2 (a). (b)), point 1,

§ 23 paragraph. 2 and § 35 paragraph. 2 (a). (c)), the amount "$ 120" is replaced by

the amount of "$ 130."



2. In section 6 (1). 1 (a). (d)), point 2 is deleted.



Points 3 to 9 shall be renumbered 2 to 8.



3. In section 6 (1). 2 (a). and the amount of 120) "CZK" is replaced by "Eur 130"

and the words "points 1 to 6" shall be replaced by the words "points 1 to 5".



4. In section 6 (1). 2 (a). (b)), point 1, section 10, paragraph 1. 2 (a). (b) point 1), § 11

paragraph. 2 (a). (b) point 1), section 12 paragraph. 2 (a). (b)), section 13, point 1, paragraph 1(b). 2

(a). (b)), point 1, section 14, paragraph. 2 (a). (b)), point 1, section 15, paragraph. 2 (a). (b))

point 1, section 16. 2 (a). (b) point 1), § 17 paragraph. 2 (a). and point 1, section)

18 paragraph. 2 (a). (b) point 1), section 22, paragraph. 2 (a). and point 1, section) 29. 2

(a). (b)) § 32 section 1, paragraph 1(b). 2 point 1, § 33 paragraph. 2 (a). and) point 1 and section

paragraph 35. 2 (a). (b)), the amount "point 1 160 CZK" is replaced by "170

CZK ".



5. In section 6 (1). 2 (a). (c)), the amount "$ 25" is replaced by "30 CZK".



6. In section 6 (1). 2 (a). (d)), the amount "$ 110" is replaced by "Eur 115"

and the words "point 7" shall be replaced by the words "paragraph 6".



7. In section 6 (1). 2 (a). (e)), the amount "Eur 60" is replaced by "Eur 70" and

the words "recitals 8 and 9 ' shall be replaced by" paragraphs 7 and 8 ".



8. In section 10, paragraph 1. 2 (a). (c)), section 13 (3). 2 (a). and), section 14, paragraph. 2 (a).

and, § 15 paragraph). 2 (a). and, § 16). 2 (a). and), § 17 paragraph. 2 (a).

(b)), section 18, paragraph. 2 (a). and § 35 paragraph). 2 (a). and the amount) "$ 200"

shall be replaced by ' 210 CZK ".



9. In section 17 is at the end of paragraph 1, the period is replaced by a comma and the following

letter h) is added:



"h) assistance in personal hygiene and the provision of conditions for personal hygiene:



1. assistance in the processes of personal hygiene,



2. assist in the basic care of the hair and nails,



3. when using the TOILET. ".



10. In section 17(2). 2 (a). (c)), the amount "$ 120" is replaced by "130

CZK "and the words" (a). (c) to (g))) "shall be replaced by the words" (a). (c) to (h))) ".



11. In the heading of section 18, section 18, paragraph. 1 introductory part of the provisions, and section 18, paragraph. 2

the introductory part of the provisions, the word "constitutional" replaced by the word "bed".



12. In section 22, paragraph. 2 (a). (b)) (2) the amount of "$ 90" is replaced by

"$ 100" and the amount "Eur 60" is replaced by the amount "$ 70".



13. In section 29. 2 (a). and § 33 paragraph). 2 (a). (b)), the amount "$ 170"

shall be replaced by "180 CZK".



14. In section 37a, the words "with GCSE ' shall be deleted.



15. In the title of the fifth at the end of words "and information about

THE RESULT OF THE INSPECTION. "



16. Section 38 shall be added to § 38a is inserted:



"§ 38a



Information about the result of the inspection includes:



and) start and end dates of inspection at the place of the provision of social

services,



(b)), the name and address of the supervisory authority,



(c) the subject matter of the inspection, carried out)



(d) evaluation of the fulfilment of the obligations of the provider) social services and

standards of quality of social services,



(e) the list of detected deficiencies) for which the measures were imposed to

their removal, and the date on which those measures have been met. ".



Article. (II)



This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005. January 2014.
