No. 17/1969 Coll., amending and supplementing Decree No. 30/1966

Coll., on the sale of certain agricultural products to the workers of the State

goods and other organizations with agricultural production



1. In article 1(1). 2 (2). 2 of Decree No 46/1969 Coll. on the Czech edition fell out one

line. Paragraph 2 reads: "the decisive for the assessment of that

activities in the particular case prevails, it is the amount of remuneration paid in

the payroll period to persons permanently in the cooperative workers and members of

for action in basic agricultural production and for the activities of non-agricultural

production for a foreign customer. "



2. in the introductory sentence, Decree No. 17/1969 Coll. has occurred, which is corrected

so that, instead of the text of § 35 of the Decree "State Labor Commission, no. 91/1965
