you will determine the district offices of the urban and local national committees in the

the district building authorities



§ 1



The Council of the District National Committee in Považská Bystrica determines pursuant to § 9

paragraph. 2 (a). and) of Act No. 87/1958 Coll. on building code, in conjunction with the

article. 6 of the Act of the Slovak National Council No. 72/1969 Coll., on certain

measures in the Organization and scope of national committees in the Slovak

the Socialist Republic, the building authorities:



1. The District Office of the local national committees established in Beluši with the territorial

powers for municipalities, Hloža, Kremnica Beluša, Podhorie, Visolaje;



2. The District Office of the local national committees established in Bolešově with the territorial

powers for municipalities, Bolešov Borčice, Kameničany, Sedmerovec, Is;



3. The District Office of the local national committees established in Domaniži with the territorial

Čelkova Lehota scope for municipalities, Domaniža, Kardošova Vieska, small

Fridge, Sádočné;



4. The District Office of the local national committees established in the lower Marikové with

territorial responsibility for the village of Dolná Mariková, Hatné, and Horná Mariková,

Klieština;



5. The District Office of the local national committees established in the lower Lieskově with

territorial responsibility for the village of Dolný Lieskov, Horný Lieskov, Podskalie,

Slopná, Trstie;



6. The District Office of the municipal National Committee and local National Committee

based in Dubnica nad Váhom with territorial responsibility for the city of Dubnica nad

Váhom and the village of Prejta;



7. The District Office of the municipal National Committee and local national committees

based in Football with territorial responsibility for the city of Ilava district and the village of Horná

Poruba, Iliavka, Klobušice;



8. The District Office of the local national committees established in Košeci with the territorial

competence of the municipalities, the Hill, Košeca, Ladce Košecké equal, small Košecké

Podhradie, Tunežice, Veľké Košecké Podhradie, Zliechov;



9. The District Office of the local national committees established in Lednice

Rovních with territorial responsibility for the village of Dolná Breznica, Horovce, Lednica,

Lednické Rovne, Kvašov, Zubák;



10. The District Office of the local national committees established in Lúky with territorial

competence of the municipalities, Lazy pod Makytou, Lúky, kechnec, Vydrná,

Záriečie;



11. District Office of the municipal National Committee and local National Committee

based in Nova Dubnica with territorial responsibility for the town of Nová Dubnica and

the municipality of Kolačín;



12. The District Office of the local national committees established in Papradně with

territorial responsibility for the village of Papradno Brvnište and;



13. The District Office of the municipal National Committee and local national committees

based in Považská Bystrica with territorial responsibility for the town Považská

Bystrica and the village of Dolný Moštenec, Horny Milochov, Moštenec, Podmanín,

Sverepec, Zemiansky Kvašov;

established in puchov with territorial responsibility for the city Púchov and municipalities

Dohňany, Dolné Kočkovce, Hoštiná, Ihrište, Mostište, Mestečko, Nimnica,

Deposit, Streženice Zbora;



20. District Office of the local national committees established in Udiči with the territorial

powers for municipalities, Millet Udiča, Upohlav.



§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
