The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 10 para. 1 and section 24 of Act No.

2/1969 Coll., on establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the State

administration of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 61/1988 Coll., Act No.

203/1990 Coll., Act No. 478/1992 Coll., Act No. 272/1996 Coll., and act

No 362/2004 Coll.:



§ 1



Shall be repealed:



1. directive of the Ministry of health of the Czech Socialist Republic.

9/1985 p. MZ CSR organization ensure transfusion of blood, blood

products and bone marrow (registered in the amount of 25/1985 Coll.).



2. the Revenue of the Ministry of health and Social Affairs of the United

the Socialist Republic No. 1/1989 OJ CZECHOSLOVAKIA, which amends and supplements the

Directive No. 9/1985 p. MZ CSR organization ensure transfusion

blood, blood products and bone marrow (registered in the amount of 50/1988

SB.).



3. the Decree of the Ministry of health of the Czech Republic No. 40/1992 Coll.,

amending Directive of the Ministry of health of the Czech Socialist

in the Czech Republic. 9/1985 Journal of the Ministry of health of the Czech

the Socialist Republic of the organization provide transfusions of blood,

blood products and the bone marrow, as amended by Decree No. 1/1989 Central

Journal of the Czech Socialist Republic.



§ 2



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. July 2005.
