The Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that the exchange of notes dated
10. and 11. July 1990 in Prague was negotiated agreement between the Government of the Czech
and Slovak Federal Republic and the Government of the French Republic on
cancellation of the visa requirement for short stays. Agreement entered into
force on 15. July 1990.
