No. 50/1976 Coll., on zoning and the building code (the building Act),

as amended by Act No. 82/1998 Coll.:



Article 1



2. change in the binding part of the master plan of the great territorial unit of Brno

the seat of the regional agglomeration is defined in annex 1 to this

communication and set out in annex 2 to this communication.

The mandatory part of the master plan of the great territorial unit settlement in Brno

approved by resolution of the regional agglomeration of the Government of the Czech Socialist

Republic of 13 October. March 1985 No. 64 and delimited by the Government Ordinance No.

105/1994 Coll. is amended as follows:



1. In the use of the territory of the territorially to protect corridors and areas for the motorway D 1

in the section of Vyškov, Ivanovice na Hané, including motorway junction is

the road II/428 Ivanovice-Švábenice.
