The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs indicates that in accordance with § 9 para.
1 Act No. 2/1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended,
were it stored from 1.2.2003 to awards these collective agreements

1. the collective agreement of a higher degree for the period from 1 January 2003 to
