of 7 November. October 2009,
repealing certain generally binding regulation of the District National
committees and district offices regulation
Ministry of the Interior shall establish in accordance with § 12 para. 1 Act No. 2/1969 Coll., on
the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the State administration of the Czech
Republic, as amended by Act No. 61/1988 Coll., Act No. 62/2003 Coll.
Law No. 499/2004 Coll., Act No. 71/2006 Coll. and Act No. 110/2007 Coll.
and article. CXIX section 3 of Act No. 320/2002 Coll., amending and repealing certain
laws in connection with the termination of the activities of the district offices:
§ 1
Shall be deleted:
1. the generally binding regulations of the district national committees in Czech
České Budějovice, Písek, Příbram, 1967-the Statute of the recreation area
Orlik.
2. the generally binding regulations of the District National Committee in the sand of the
1982-the Statute and the rules of operation of recreational areas in the District of Písek.
