Decree of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, dated 23 August 1963 on the amendment of Article VI, section A/3 of the Statutes of the International Atomic Energy Agency, approved Resolution GC (V)/RES/92 on the in the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency on 4 October 1961 On October 4, 1961 at the Fifth General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency was approved by Resolution GC (V)/RES/92 amendment of Article VI of the , and section 3 of the Statutes/of the International Atomic Energy Agency. Czechoslovak Socialist Republic is a party to the Statutes of the International Atomic Energy Agency (No. 59/1958 Coll.). With this amendment to the Statutes in favor of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic agreement on 19 December 1962, the President of the Republic ratified on 8 February 1963. Article VI, section A/3 of the Statutes, will now have the following wording: "The General Conference shall elect 12 members to the Council of Governors with due regard it, and fair representation of the areas referred to in this subparagraph and/1 of this Article in the Council as a whole, so that the Council is still included in this category, three representatives from Latin America , three representatives from Africa and the Middle East and one representative from each of the remaining regions except North America. "The instrument of ratification of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic that the above amendments to the Articles have been handed over to the State Department on 25 April 1963.
