DECREE



of 9 June. July 2012



amending Decree No. 352/2005 Coll., on details of the management of

electrical and electronic equipment and on the detailed funding conditions

disposal (Decree on the management of waste electrical and

electronic equipment), as amended



Ministry of the environment, in agreement with the Ministry of finance

determined in accordance with § 37j para. 5 of law No 185/2001 Coll., on waste and on the

amendments to certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 7/2005 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 352/2005 Coll., on details of waste electronic equipment

and electronic equipment and on the detailed conditions of financing management

(Decree on the management of waste electrical and electronic equipment), as amended by

Decree No. 65/2010 Coll., Act No. 285/2010 Coll. and Decree No.

158/2010 Coll., shall be amended as follows:



1. in annex 5, point 7 (c))-III the following point 7 c)-(IV), which reads as follows:

"7 c)-(IV) lead in dielectric ceramic materials based on PZT

(solid solutions of lead oxide, zirconium and titanium) for capacitors,

that are part of the integrated circuit or discrete

semiconductors ".



2. in annex No 5, the following paragraph 37, which reads as follows:

"37 Cadmium in fotoresistorech for analog optical couplers shall be valid until 31 December 2006. December
