amending the Decree of the Czech Mining Authority No 22/1989 Coll., on
safety and health at work and the safety of operations at
mining activities and mining of non-reserved minerals underground, in
as amended, Decree No. 387/2003 Coll. on safety
the operation of technical equipment and dedicated technical requirements
pressure equipment, lifting and gas in mining activities and activities
by using mining techniques, and Decree No. 656/2004 Coll., on the safety of
and occupational health and safety in mines with danger
mining tremors
The Czech mining Office lays down pursuant to § 5 para. 3, § 6 (1). 6 (a). and) and §
paragraph 8A. 8 of Act No 61/1988 Coll. on mining activities, explosives and
the State Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 542/1991 Coll. and Act No.
124/2000 Coll.:
PART THE FIRST
AMENDMENT OF THE DECREE ON HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK AND SAFETY
WHEN OPERATING IN MINING ACTIVITIES AND MINING OF NON-RESERVED MINERALS IN
The UNDERGROUND
Article. (I)
Decree of the Czech Mining Authority No 22/1989 Coll., on safety and protection of the
occupational health and safety in mining activities and in the
mining of non-reserved minerals underground, as amended by Decree No. 477/1991
Coll., Act No. 340/1992 Coll., Decree No. 3/1994 Coll., Decree No.
54/1996 Coll., Act No. 111/1998 Coll., Decree No. 434/2000 Coll.
Decree No. 330/2002 Coll., Decree No 141/2004 Coll. and Decree No.
298/2005 is amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1, at the end of the paragraph the following sentence: "this Decree was
notified in accordance with European Parliament and Council Directive 98/34/EC of
on 22 November. June 1998 on the procedure for the provision of information in the field of standards
and technical regulations and of rules on information society services, in
the texts of Directive 98/48 EC ".
2. In article 2 (2). 1 points), b) and (g)) be deleted.
Subparagraph (c)) to (f)) are known as a) to (d)), and
subparagraph (h)) to z) shall become letters (e))-w).
3. § 2 paragraph 2 reads as follows:

5. In paragraph 6, the following paragraph 8 and 9 shall be added:
"(8) during the inspection referred to in paragraph 7 shall also detect whether the cover plates
