of 23 December 2003. March 2010,
amending Decree No 51/2006 Coll., on conditions for the connection to the
the electricity grid
The Energy Regulatory Office shall determine under section 98a of paragraph 1. 2 (a). g) of the Act
No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and the public administration in
energy sectors and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act),
as amended by law No 158/2009, code:
Article. (I)
Amendment to Decree No 51/2006 Coll., on conditions for connection to the power
System
Decree No 51/2006 Coll., on conditions for connection to the power
system, shall be amended as follows:
1. the heading of section 1, including:
"section 1

distribution systems and offtake points customers to the electricity
system and method for determining the share of the costs associated with the connection and the

distribution system

The application for the device connection to the transmission system or distribution
System

(1) the operator of a transmission system operator or distribution
system may request from the applicant processing study of connectivity,

(6) unless otherwise requested by a transmission system operator or the operator
study of the processing distribution system connectivity, within the time limit referred to in
paragraph 4, or if the applicant does not provide the documentation required for processing

"§ 5

Article. (II)
Transitional provisions
1. the period of binding opinions to connection requests issued under the
Decree No. 51/2006 Coll. cannot be extended.
2. Where the applicant, before the date of entry into force of this Decree on the

has not expired before the date of entry into force of this Decree, the operator
the transmission system shall provide the applicant within 60 days or the operator
distribution system within 30 days of the draft Treaty on the future of
connection, or the connection agreement in accordance with this Decree and
the opinion to the connection requests issued pursuant to Decree No 51/2006 Sb.
3. If the applicant so requests at the time of binding opinions on the applications for connection
the devices after the date of entry into force of this Decree concerning the conclusion of the Treaty on
connection, the transmission system operator shall submit to the applicant within 60 days
or the distribution system operator within 30 days, a draft Treaty on the
future of the connection, or the connection agreement in accordance with
This Decree and the opinion to connection requests issued by
Decree No. 51/2006 Sb.
4. If the extension of the binding opinions on the applications for
connection according to § 5 (3). 5 of the Decree, as amended by the effective to date of the acquisition
