on transfers of State ownership to some of the things on the other legal or

natural persons, as amended by Act No. 542/1990 Coll.



The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic

committed to this Act:



Article. (I)



Act No. 425/1990 Coll., on transfers of State ownership to some of the things

to other legal or natural persons, as amended by Act No. 542/1990 Coll.,

shall be amended and supplemented as follows:



1. in § 9 para. 1, in the last sentence the words "are deleted in the absence of the three

minutes after a higher administration, ".



2. section 10 reads as follows:



"§ 10



(1) unless the operating unit, with which the nedraží property

3. section 11 (1) 2 is added:

4. In article 11, paragraph 2, the following paragraph 3 is added:



"(3) in the absence of payment of the price within the time limit referred to in paragraph 1,

The former paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 4.



5. In § 13 para. 3 read as follows:



"(3) when the repeated auction operating units referred to in § 10 (1). 1 may

Article II
