The DECREE



the Federal Ministry of foreign trade



of 19 December 2003. March 1974



amending the Decree of the Minister of foreign trade no. 3/1959. l.,

the establishment of the undertaking, the undertaking foreign trade Polytechna for

mediation, technical cooperation, as amended by the Decree of the Minister of

foreign trade no. 32/1961 Coll.



The Federal Ministry of foreign trade shall determine in agreement with the

the Federal Ministry of finance in accordance with section 2 and 20 of the Act No. 119/1948 Coll.,

the State Organization of foreign trade and international freight forwarding:



Article. (I)



Decree of the Minister of foreign trade no. 3/1959. l., on the establishment of

the holding company for foreign trade, Polytechna for mediation

technical cooperation, in the text of the article. (III) the Decree of the Minister of foreign

The provisions of § 3 reads:



"(1) the subject of activity of the company is the operation of commercial activities in the

trade with foreign countries in these fields:



and mediation or procurement) of purchase and sale of industrial rights,

such as patents, trademarks, industrial designs, off-patent

the technical knowledge, experience and recipes (the so-called know-how) and the closing

licensing and similar contracts for them;



(b) mediation or procurement) of the export and import of technical

projects and other documentation, such as the production of drawings, technology

procedures and recipes;



(c)) mediation or providing research, import and export

development, engineering, consulting work and services;



d) mediation or providing export and import of work-related

the basic geological research and search the exploration of all kinds

e) mediation or joint provision of the export and import of technical services

without the material supply, in particular in the field of tests, experiments and other

custom work on the technological facilities, projects and programmes

from the field of automated information and control systems;

the broadcast and the adoption of the scientific and technical experts and

production and technical mediation practice;



g) sole provision and intermediation of scientific and technological

cooperation on the basis of inter-State agreements;



h) exclusive provision of business contacts with the authorities of the United Nations and other

international organizations in the area of the identified services.

Ministry of foreign trade special measures.
