Amending and supplementing Law no. 298/1990 Coll., On some
property relationships of monastic orders and congregations and Archdiocese of Olomouc


Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic
passed this Act:
Article I


Act no. 298/1990 Coll., On regulation of some property relationships of monastic orders and congregations
and the Archdiocese, is amended and supplemented as follows
:

First § 1 of the following paragraphs 3 and 4, which reads:

"(3) Real Estate listed in Annex no. 3 of this Act
declared on 1 August 1991 as ownership of individual orders and congregations
.

(4) Ownership of orders and congregations and archdiocese of Olomouc
to the effective date of this Act also declares
movable property which was the date 10. 4. 1950 located in immovables
listed in Annexes Nos. 1 and 2 of Law no. 298 / 1990 Coll., and Appendix.
3 of this Act, if it exists, and it is known where the said chattel
located. ".

Second The existing text of § 4 shall become paragraph 1 and the following
paragraphs 2, 3 and 4, which reads:

"(2) Paragraph 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Real Estate
mentioned in § 1, paragraph. 3, if used for archives.

(3) The evacuation of immovable property referred to in § 1 conclude
religious orders and congregations with current users of real estate who is used to
purposes referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 deal. Barring this agreement arises
religious orders and congregations are entitled to vacate the property || | specified in Annexes Nos. 1 and 2 of the Act no. 298/1990 Coll., and in the Annex.
3 of this Act, which is used for the purposes set out in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Act
after the expiration of ten years from the date the effective date of this Act.

(4) If no agreement on the amount of rent and terms of payment
among current users of property that is used for the purposes specified in
paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Act, and monastic orders, congregations and
Olomouc archbishopric, decide on the amount of rent the competent authority
government under the generally applicable pricing regulations. ".
