Decree of the Federal Ministry for Technical and Investment Development, the State Planning Commission and the State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 157/1976 Coll., On modes of buildings; 3. the Decree of the State Committee for Science and Technology and Investment Development and the Federal Statistical Office No. 145/1983, Coll., On permitting commencement of construction, the certification deadline for their completion and registration of buildings, as amended by Decree No. 91/1986 Coll. and Decree No. 226/1988 Coll.; 4. the Decree of the State Commission for Science and Technology and Investment Development and the Federal Statistical Office No. 91/1986 Coll., Amending and supplementing Ordinance No. 144/1983, Coll., On permitting commencement of construction, the certification deadline for their completion and registration of buildings; 5. the Decree of the State Commission for Science and Technology and Investment Development and the Federal Statistical Office No. 226/1988 Coll. Article II 1. Unless the parties agree otherwise in construction, progress on construction projects, whose regime was drawn up and discussed the procedure by decree No. 157/1976 Coll., On modes of construction, according to the treated and discussed the modes and up to 31. December 1990. 2. The records of the assessed buildings, their final evaluation will be completed or implemented under the transitional provisions of a special regulation, ^ 1) is carried out according to the existing regulations (section 11 para. 1 point c) Decree No. 144/1983 Coll., permitting the initiation of construction, confirming the date of completion of construction and registration, as amended). ^ 2) Article III of This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1990.
