Ministry for regional development Announces pursuant to § 29 para. 3 of Act No.

50/1976 Coll., on zoning and the building code (the building Act), in

amended by Act No. 82/1998 Coll.:



Article 1



2. change in the binding part of the master plan of the great territorial unit in Zlín

the agglomeration is set out in Appendix 1 to this communication and listed in

Annex 2 to this communication.

Territorial plan of the great territorial unit approved by the agglomeration in Zlín

resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic of 23 December 2003. March 1994 no. 150, as amended by

resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic of 16 May. July 1997 No. 423 and

resolution of the Government of the Czech Republic of 13 October. September 2000, no. 891, is stored

at the district offices of Kroměříž, Uherské Hradiště and Zlín, and the

Ministry for regional development.

2. change in the binding part of the master plan of the great territorial unit in Zlín

agglomeration



The mandatory part of the master plan of the great territorial unit of the Zlín agglomeration

as defined by regulation of the Government No. 87/1994 Coll. and regulation of the Government No. 213/1997

Coll. is amended as follows:



1. In the use of the territory of the territorially to protect corridors and areas for:



and (D) 1 in the highway) stretch Bezměrov-Hulín in advanced position from the

interchanges (hereinafter referred to as "TRAFFIC INTERCHANGE") in Kroměříž (upper Garden)-

TRAFFIC INTERCHANGE North of Hulína,



(b)) D 47 Highway (D 1) in section TRAFFIC INTERCHANGE North of the northern boundary of the Hulína-

the District of Kroměříž with another course west of Prerov,



(c) R 49) communication in the section TRAFFIC INTERCHANGE North of Hulína after

the intersection with the road I/50 at the Zádveřic road on the penstock Zlín

(II/490), Sheffield (II/490) and Blackburn (II/438),



d) speed communication R 55 in the section TRAFFIC INTERCHANGE North of Hulína-South

the boundaries of the area Uherské Hradiště, including the road to the North and feeders

South of Otrokovice, Babic (Kudlovic) and the old town on the road I/55,



(e) to edit the specific routing) on the roads I/49 (North of Lobolabiano), I/50

(a bypass of Uherský Brod and Bánova to the South and deleted edit for

Bystřice pod Lopeníkem), I/55 (transition of CD tracks on the northern border

the District of Kroměříž, and linking with the road II/497 North of Hungarian

Hradiště), I/57 (bypass East of the Brumova-Galway), I/69 (holdout and

a bypass road in the Northwest position of Vizovice and Lutoniny), II/432 (North

bypass Třebětic and edit the road between Hulínem and Holešovem), II/490

(the holdout and the Southwest bypass Nivnice), II/495 (bridge and edit roads in

(f)) new lines 110 kV corridors (Strání, Uherský Brod-Zdounky-

San Diego) and the transformer station 110/22 kV, including the loop from the leadership of the 110 kV

(Pozlovice, Bojkovice and Holešov).



2. for expanding the territory protected corridors for high pressure gas pipelines

Chválkovice-Kostelany, Vizovice-Carmarthen, Osvětimany-Polešovice,

Strání, Uherský Brod-Uherský Brod-Havřice and Zlín North.



3. for the need for gradual to ensure flood protection of settlements and

Moravia, in Uherské Hradiště.



4. the territorial protection corridor D 1 and D 47 approved by resolution of the Government of the Czech

Republic of 16 May. July 1997, no. 423, and renowned in annex No. 2

1 (b). a) and b) to the Government Regulation No. 213/1997 Coll. has been made

the Government of the Czech Republic of 13 October. September 2000, no. 891 changed.



5. Construction related to the execution of projects listed in points 1 to 3 and territorial

defined in the graphics part 2. changes in the land use plan, scale 1:50

000, bearing the approval clause, are public benefit.
