DECREE
The Ministry of industry and trade
of 25 June 2002. August 2000,
amending the Decree of the Ministry of industry and trade of the Czech Republic
No 53/1993 Coll., laying down the amount of the fees and the way puncovních
their payment, as amended by the Decree of the Ministry of industry and trade no.
67/1995.
The Ministry of industry and trade shall be determined according to section 3 (b). (d)) of law No.
19/1993 Coll., on the bodies of the State administration of the Czech Republic in the area of
puncovnictví and testing of precious metals:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 53/1993 Coll., laying down the amount of the fee and puncovních
their method of payment, as amended by Decree No. 67/1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
Annex schedule of fees shall be replaced by the new puncovních

Article II
Transitional provision
