DECREE



the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic



from day 1. November 1991



on the extension of the binding effect of collective agreements of higher degree



The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs of the United States determined in accordance with section 7 of the

Act No. 2/1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:



§ 1



(1) a higher level collective agreement concluded on 27. February 1991

Czechoslovak Trade Union of workers of the metal of the Czech

States and the Association of industry of the Czech Republic, ^ 1), as amended by Annex No. 1

of 24 July 2003. May 1991 ^ 2) is mandatory from the effective date of this order

also for employers listed in Schedule 1, which is included in this

the Decree.



(2) a higher level collective agreements concluded on 27. March 1991 between

Federal Trade Union chemistry and related industry and Association

industry of the Czech Republic, ^ 3) sectoral Association of chemical industry

The Czech Republic, as amended by the supplement dated 9. September 1991 ^ 4) is binding

from the effective date of this order also for employers who are

listed in annex 2, which is a part of this Decree.



(3) a higher level collective agreement concluded on 30 November. January 1991 between

§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
