GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 March 2004. August 1995,
promulgating a binding part of the master plan of the great territorial unit
the District of Cheb
Government pursuant to § 29 para. 2 Act No. 50/1976 Coll., on urban planning
building code (the building Act), as amended by Act No. 265/1992 Coll.,
ordering:
§ 1
The mandatory part of the master plan of the great territorial unit of the District of Cheb
as defined in annex 1 to this regulation, is indicated in annex No. 2
of this regulation.
§ 2
Territorial plan of the great territorial unit of the District of Cheb, approved by resolution of the
No 485 of 30 September. August 1995, is stored at the District Office in Cheb
the city's offices El, Františkovy Lázně, Cheb, Lázně Kynžvart, Luby,
Marianske Lazne and the Ministry of economy.
§ 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.

1. In the use of the territory of the territorially to protect corridors and areas for:
a) roads, highways and interchanges of road no R6,
I/6, I/21 and II/215,
(b)) the reconstruction and subsequent zdvoukolejnění of the railway line no. 170
Schirnding-Cheb-Plzeň-
c) electrical wiring 110 kV-Kaceřov-El and Drmoul--Vítkov Hill,
(d) high pressure gas pipeline) El-borders, Skalná-Plesná-Luby and Old
Water--Dolní Žandov,
e) remote telecommunication cables-Marianske Lazne, Cheb-Cheb-
Kynšperk nad Ohří, Marianske Lazne-Planá, Cheb-Aš, Czech Republic--New
Church, Luby--Easter eggs and new Church-Sokolov,
f) sewer-Františkovy Lázně-Cheb and waste
the waters of Cheb,
g) Nebanice water treatment plants links and Mariánské Lázně,
h) high-capacity landfill of solid municipal waste and industrial
waste including the packing centre and the headquarters of the plant Chocovice,
ch) construction of a new border crossing in Pomezí nad Ohří,
I) protective zone of Spa and mineral water,
j) regional system of ecological stability.
2. The building associated with the implementation of the principles set out in paragraph 1 (b). a) to ch),
territorially defined in the master plan, with the approval
clause, are public benefit.
