DECREE

amending Decree of the Ministry of Interior No 207/2001 Coll., which

performs the Act No. 301/2000 Coll., on the civil registry, the name and surname and amending

some related laws, as amended



Ministry of the Interior shall determine under section 96 (a). and) and to) Act No. 301/2000

Coll., of the civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain related

laws:



Article. (I)



Decree No 207/2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301/2000 Coll., on the

the civil registry, the name and surname and amending certain related laws,

as amended by Decree No. 231/2001 Coll., the Act No. 507/2001 Coll., Decree

No 566/2002 Coll., Act No. 660/2004 Coll., Decree No. 539/2005 Coll.

order no 300/2006 Coll., Decree No. 352/2006 Coll., Decree No.

389/2007 Coll., Decree No. 419/2008 Coll., Act No. 445/2008 Coll.,

Decree No. 485/2009 Coll. and Decree No. 315/2010 Coll., shall be amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 1, points (b) and (c))) shall be deleted.



Subparagraph (d)) to (f)) shall become point (b)) to (d)).



2. in annex No 1 in the "list of villages, towns, districts,

districts and military újezdů the administrative circuit, deaths and marriages "

in the title of this column, the word "cities" is deleted.



3. in annex No 1 in the Moravian-Silesian region in the column "the village with

extended powers "in paragraph 2. "San Mateo", in the column "Registry Office"

6. in annex No. 2 of the model 13 is in the "family status" after the words

"the widower-widow" the words "extinct" partnership ", after the word

"widowed" with the words "terminated partnerships", the words

"Witwer/Witwe" shall be inserted after the words ", and" erloschene Partnerschaft

the word "text" in Russian the words "text in Russian."



7. in annex No. 2 of the model 14, in the first paragraph the words "municipal office in

(Municipal office at, Das Gemeindeamt in, text in Russian) "are deleted.



Article. (II)



Registry forms issued in accordance with the existing legislation can be

from the date of entry into force of this Decree, used until 31 December 2004.

Article. (III)



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2012.
