Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:
PART THE FIRST
Changing the law on integrated pollution registry and
integrated system of performance reporting obligations in the field of
environment
Article. (I)
Act No. 25/2008 Coll., on integrated pollution registry life
environment and integrated system of reporting obligations on the implementation

1. In article 3, paragraph 3. 1 (b). and), after the words "polluting substances" shall be inserted after

3. In section 4, paragraph 4. 3, after the word "environment", the words "or

In § 82 para. 3 of Act No. 185/2001 Coll., on waste and amending certain
other laws, as amended by Act No. 25/2008 Coll., before the words "in accordance with

Change the Water Act
Article. (IV)
In § 126 of paragraph 1. 6 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll. on waters and amending certain
