The Ministry of transport shall be determined according to § 46 para. 2 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll.
on road traffic, as amended by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., Act No.
80/2006 Coll., Act No. 186/2006 Coll., Act No. 97/2009 Coll., Act No.
228/2009 Coll., Act No. 347/2009 Coll., Act No. 152/2007 Coll., Act No.
288/2011 Coll., Act No. 329/2007 Coll., Act No. 341/2010 Coll., Act No.
379/2011 Coll., Act No. 18/2009 Coll., Act No. 119/2009 Coll. and Act No.
196/2012 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") to implement section 38b para. 6 and § 38d
paragraph. 5 of the Act:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 104/1997 Coll., implementing the law of the land
safety, as amended by Act No. 300/1999 Coll., Decree No 355/2000
Coll., Decree No. 369/2001 Coll., Decree No 555/2002 Coll., Decree No.
490/2005 Coll., Decree No. 527/2006 Coll. and Decree No 317/2010 Coll., shall
be amended as follows:
1. Part ten, including headings and footnotes # 16, 17 and 18 is:

Low-speed check weighing
(To section 38b (6) of the Act)
§ 51a
How to perform a low-speed checkweighing
The driver of the vehicle hit the device for checkweighing, where it is carried out
low-speed check weighing. Weighing is carried out in the presence of
the driver and other members of the crew in the cabin of the vehicle.

The elements of the document about the result of the low speed checkweighing
(1) a document must contain

High speed check weighing
(Section 38d, paragraph 5, of the Act)
§ 51 c
The elements of the document about the result of high-speed checkweighing
(1) a document must contain
