of 7 November. January 2010,
amending Decree No 560/2006 Coll., on the participation of the State budget on the
financing of the programmes of the reproduction of the asset
The Ministry of finance in agreement with the Ministry for local development provides
According to § 13 para. 4 of law No. 218/2000 Coll. on budgetary rules and
amending certain related laws (the budgetary rules):
Article. (I)
Decree No 560/2006 Coll., on the participation of the State budget to finance the
programs of the reproduction of property, is amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1, the words "information system of financing asset reproduction"
replaced by the words "the information system of the programme of financing".
2. In paragraph 2 (b)):
"(b)) participates in the organisational unit of the State or a contributory
the organization funding the preparation and implementation of national action
the budget, including State budget, that are or are to be
covers from the budget of the European Union, the financial mechanism or from the funds
NATO, or legal or natural person financing the preparation and
implementation of the action of the funds granted from the State budget, including
funds granted from the State budget, that are or are to be
covers from the budget of the European Union, the financial mechanism or from the funds
NATO ".
3. In paragraph 2 (a). c) after the word "indicator", the words "or
the parameter "and the word" programme "shall be replaced by the words" action (project) ".
4. in paragraph 2 of point (e)) including the footnotes 1 and 2 read as follows:

to register documents for the preparation and implementation of the State budget and
the implementation of the expenditure of the State budget in terms of the detailed breakdown per

5. In paragraph 2, the following points (f) to (j))) are added:
"(f)) expenditure title designation program, or part of the program for the purposes of
the output from the information system, part of the administration of the property owned by the
State, g) the subsidy title designation program, or part of the program for
the purpose of the output from the information system, part of the subsidy system, Registration
(h) the designation of the portion of the expenditure subtitulem) or grant title for the purposes of

6. in section 3, paragraph 2 reads as follows:

7. in section 3, paragraph 3. 3 (b)):
"(b)) sets out the objectives of the programme, which will be the subject of the final
evaluation of the programme, and the objectives of the programme should build on the objectives

8. In section 3, paragraph 3. 4, the words "indicators and benchmarks" are replaced by the words
"the objectives of the programme".
9. In paragraph 3, at the end of paragraph 4, the following sentence "you can request a change in the

10. In section 4, paragraph 4. 1 (b). a), the words "form of which a specimen is given in

"§ 5
Registration and funding actions
