secondary, higher vocational and other education (the Education Act), as amended by

Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:
Article. (I)
Changing the Education Act
Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher
vocational and other education (the Education Act), as amended by Act No.
383/2005 Coll., Act No. 112/2006 Coll., Act No. 159/2006 Coll., Act No.
161/2006 Coll., Act No. 165/2006 Coll., Act No. 179/2006 Coll., Act No.
342/2006 Coll., Act No. 624/2006 Coll., Act No. 217/2007 Coll., Act No.
296/2007 Coll., Act No. 343/2007 Coll. and Act No. 58/2008 Coll., is amended
as follows:
1. In paragraph 73, the words "of skills and attitudes" are replaced by the words "and
skills ".
2. section 78, including the title reads as follows:
"§ 78
The common part of the graduation exams
(1) the test subjects of the common part of the graduation exams are
and) Czech language and literature,
(b)) a foreign language that the pupil's chosen from a menu set out by the implementing
legal regulation; the pupil can choose only such foreign language, which is
taught at the school, of which he is a student,
(c)),
(d)) and social sciences Foundation
e) Informatics and
(f)) the implementing regulation provided for items such as test
items for the optional tests.
(2) the common portion of the baccalaureate consists of 3 mandatory tests, and

3. in paragraph 78, the following new section 78a, which reads as follows:
"§ 78a

4. In paragraph 79, paragraphs 1 to 3 shall be added:

5. § 79 paragraph 2. 4, after the word "tests", the words "the profile sections

7. In article 79, paragraph 6 shall be deleted.

8. In § 79 paragraph 6 is added:

9. In § 79 paragraph 2. 7, the second sentence shall be deleted.

"§ 80
Authorities to ensure the exams
(1) the Ministry responsible for the preparation and management during the
the common part of the graduation exams, for keeping the register of applications and
records of the results of the matriculation exams. The Ministry determines the content
the common part of baccalaureate exams, to be issued and published by the
catalogs. The Ministry is the administrator ^ 25) students enrolled for the registry

11. in paragraph 80, the following new section 80a and 80b, which including the following titles:
"§ 80a

12. In article 81 paragraph 1. 1, the second sentence is replaced by the phrase "the principal of the school shall ensure

13. In article 81 paragraph 2 reads as follows:

14. In article 81 paragraph 1. 6, after the words "under this Act" the words
"or under the previous legislation," and the second sentence shall be deleted.
15. In § 81 paragraph 6 the following paragraph 7 is added:
"(7) Pupils belong to 5 teaching days off to prepare for the holding of the
graduation exams, and that in the time provided for the Director of the school. ".
Paragraphs 7 to 10 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 8 to 11.
16. In article 81 paragraph 1. 8, the words "of the Czech language" are replaced by the words "from the
the test subject of Czech language and literature ".
17. In article 81 paragraph 1. 9, the words "of the Czech language" are replaced by the words "from the

18. in § 81 paragraph 11 is added:
"(11) the Ministry shall determine the implementing regulation

19. in paragraph 82, paragraphs 1 to 3 shall be added:

20. § 113 up to and including headings and 113b footnote # 26a:
"§ 113
Individual test

education and is not a student in high school, take place under the conditions laid down in
paragraphs 2 to 7 in medium or higher technical school of individual

§ 113a

(2) the Ministry of the implementing regulation lays down the rules
the determination and publication of the terms of holding the individual test, the form, content
and dates of filing of the application to execute individual tests, the form and content
documentation and a certificate of execution of individual tests, and on the highest
a possible consideration for the test under section 113 para. 2 (a). and the highest possible)

21. in section 113 c to the end of the text of paragraph 1, the following sentence "in the case of

24. § 176 is repealed.

Article. (II)
Transitional provisions
1. An examination under section 78 para. 1 (b). c) to (e)) Act No. 561/2004 Coll., on

calendar year 2012.
2. a pupil who has properly exit secondary education GCSE in
school year 2009/2010 and 2010/2011, may be held in place of the test from
foreign language according to § 78 para. 1 (b). b) of Act No. 561/2004 Coll., on
the version in force from 1 January 1999. September 2009, the test of mathematics under section 78
paragraph. 1 (b). c) of Act No. 561/2004 Coll., in the version in force from the date of
entry into force article. And section 2 of this Act.
3. The provisions of § 78 para. 2 sentence third Act No. 561/2004 Coll., as amended by
effective from 1 January 2006. September 2009, shall apply from the 1. September 2011.
4. For graduation exams in the school year 2009/2010 are
efficiency requirements for testing catalogs the common part of graduation
exams released in accordance with existing legislation.
5. If the education of pupils who have held exams, in
accordance with article 185 paragraph 2. 1 Act No. 561/2004 Coll. pursuant to neuskutečňovalo
the framework of the educational program, the Director shall determine the number of compulsory school
test the profile sections graduation exams in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 1

This Act shall take effect on the date of its publication, with the exception of the provisions
article. I, points 2 to 9, paragraph 10, in terms of § 80 para. 3 and 4, point 11,
with regard to § 80a, points 12 to 17 and item 19 with regard to § 82 para. 3,
that will become effective on 1 January 2004. September 2009.
