87/2008 Coll. Decree of 25 February 2008 amending Decree No. 579/2006 Coll., Which stipulates the manner of the election and order for the elections it boards of directors and supervisory boards of ministries, professional, corporate, and other health insurance companies, the Ministry of Health, pursuant to section 10 of this paragraph. 3 and 5 of the Act No. 280/1992 Coll., on the Ministry, Department, Company, and Other Health Insurance Companies, as amended by Act No. 117/2006 Coll. and Act No. 261/2007 Coll.: Article. And Decree No. 579/2006 Coll., Which stipulates the manner of the election and order for the elections it boards of directors and supervisory boards of ministries, professional, corporate and other health insurance companies, as follows: 1. In section 2 para. 1 on the end of the first sentence, the words "or within 60 days before the deadline set out in § 26, par. 1 of the Act, in the case of the first elections to the bodies of the employee insurance companies after the authorization for the implementation of universal health insurance under section 3 of the Act (hereinafter" the new employee Insurance ")". 2. In section 2 is inserted after paragraph 1 and new paragraph 2, which reads: "(2) Until the appointment of the Director by the employee insurance, § 9a, para. 1 of the Act, the Governing Board established under section 26 of the par. 1 of the Act, meet with new employment insurance tasks the Director pursuant to this Decree, the person in charge of managing the new employment insurance by the charter. ". Paragraphs 2 and 3 shall become paragraphs 3 and 4. 3. In § 6 para. 1, first sentence, including footnote No. 1 reads: "An employer who took employment insurance during the period from the 18th day of a calendar month on 7 calendar months" preceding the calendar month in which the elections are announced, the 17th day of the calendar month "preceding the calendar month in which the elections are announced, premiums in the amount of at least 0.5% of the sum of premiums , employment insurance company communicated to the appropriate administrator of special Account under other legislation ^ 1) for this period may designate two electors. 1) § 21 para. 1 of Act No. 592/1992 Coll., On premiums for general health insurance, as amended. ". 4.
