GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 November 2004. from 1 June 2015,
amending Government Decree No. 86/2007 Coll. on technical requirements
on toys, as amended
The Government ordered pursuant to section 12 of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical
requirements for products and amending and supplementing certain acts, as amended by
Act No. 71/2000 Coll., Act No. 204/2002 Coll., Act No. 228/2003 Coll. and
Act No. 490/2009 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
Article. (I)
Government Regulation No. 86/2007 Coll. on technical requirements for toys,
amended by Decree-Law No 24/2013 Coll. and Decree-Law No 339/Sb.
is amended as follows:
1. Footnote 1 is added:
"1) European Parliament and Council Directive 2009/48/EC of 18 June 2003. June

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. July 2015, with the exception of points 2
and 4, which shall take effect on the day 21. December 2015.
