repealing Directive of the Ministry of health of the Czech Socialist

No. 1/1972 Journal of MZ CSR, on the implementation of sterilization, and directive

The Ministry of health of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 4/1985



Journal of the Czechoslovak Republic for the operation of the MZ medical workplaces when validating

new knowledge on the body of a living person using the methods so far

non phase-in in clinical practice, according to the Ministry of health shall

§ 10 para. 1 and section 24 of Act No. 2/1969 Coll., on establishment of ministries and

other central bodies of State administration of the Czech Republic, as amended by law

No 60/1988 Coll., Act No. 202/1990 Coll., Act No. 478/1992 Coll., Act

No 272/1996 Coll., Act No. 362/2004 Coll. and Act No. 297/2008 Coll.:



§ 1



Shall be repealed:



1. directive of the Ministry of health of the Czech Socialist Republic.

1/1972 Journal of MZ CSR, on the implementation of sterilization, notified in the amount

5/1972 Sb.



2. directive of the Ministry of health of the Czech Socialist Republic.

4/1985 Journal of MZ CSR, for the operation of medical workplaces in

validation of new knowledge on the body of a living person using the methods so far

in clinical practice, the non-notified in the amount of 24/1985 Coll.



§ 2



This Decree shall enter into force on the fifteenth day following the date of its publication.
