DECREE
of 5 April 2004. September 2013,
amending Decree No. 99/2009 Coll., on minimum requirements
staffing health services
The Ministry of health shall, pursuant to section 120 of Act No. 372/2007 Coll.
on health services and conditions of their provision (law on
health services), to implement section 11 para. 4 of the law on health
services:
Article. (I)
Decree No. 99/2009 Coll., on minimum staffing requirements
security, health services, is amended as follows:
1. In annex 1, part B, point 1.8. the letter a) is added:
"and diabetolog or endocrinologist) and diabetolog and".
2. In annex 1, part I (B) 1.10. the letter a) is added:
"and an endocrinologist or an endocrinologist) and diabetolog and".
3. In annex 1, part I (B) 1.16. the letter a) is added:
"and a hematologist and transfuziolog) and".
4. In annex 1, part B, points (I) 1.16.1. and 1.16.2. the letter a) is added:
"and a hematologist and transfuziolog),".
5. In annex 1, part I (B) paragraph 1.17. subparagraph (a)), the comma after the word
"municipal" is replaced by "or".
6. In annex 1, part I (B) the title of point 1.34. added:
"1.34. Orthopedics and Traumatology of the locomotor system".
7. In annex 1, part I (B) after paragraph 1.34. the following new point, 1.35.
that including the title reads as follows:
"1.35. Prosthetics
and orthopaedic prostheses) and
(b)) General nurse or medical assistant, if it is provided by the
nursing care. ".
The existing points 1.35. to 1.52.2. are referred to as 1.36 points. to 1.53.2.
8. In annex 1, part I (B) after paragraph 1.43.2. the following new paragraph 1.44.,
that including the title reads as follows:
"1.44. Psychosomatics
and) psychosomatik and
(b)) General nurse or medical assistant, if it is provided by the
nursing care. ".
Current sections 1.44. to 1.53.2. shall be renumbered 1.45. up to 1.54.2.
9. In annex 1, part I (B) in paragraph 1.48. the following new point 1.49.,
that including the title reads as follows:
"Spondylochirurgie 1.49.
and) spondylochirurg and
(b)) General nurse or medical assistant, if it is provided by the
nursing care. ".
The former items 1. up to 1.54.2. shall be renumbered 1.50. to 1.55.2.
10. In annex 1, part I (B) after paragraph 1.52. the following point 1.52.1.,
that including the title reads as follows:
"1.52.1. Oncourology
and) onkourolog and
(b)) General nurse or medical assistant, if it is provided by the
nursing care. ".
11. In annex 1, part II, the following shall be added at the end of the heading ",
Vascular Interventional Radiology ".
12. In annex 1, part II (B) the title of point 7. added:
"7. Angiography, interventional radiology and vascular intervention
Radiology ".
13. In annex 1, part II (B), point 7. the letter a) is added:
"and the radiologist, Interventional Radiologist), Vascular Interventional Radiologist,
neuroradiolog, angiolog children's education or a radiologist in intervention
Angiology, ".
14. in annex 1, part III B, in point 3.1. the letter a) is added:
"a hematologist and transfuziolog) at least 0.2 harness,".
15. In annex 1, part III (B), point 5. (a). and), the word "hematologist"
replaced by the words "a hematologist and transfuziolog".
16. in annex 2 section 4. at the end of subparagraph (b)) a comma is replaced by
a semicolon and the following words "in small-scale performances, for example,
selected laparoscopic procedures, a doctor with the dedicated
qualifications or specific professional qualifications in a relevant field ".
17. in annex 3, part I, item 22. the word "orthopaedics" is replaced by
the words "Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the locomotor system" and the words
"popáleninová medicine" shall be inserted after the word "spondylochirurgie,".
18. in annex 3, part I, item 23. the words "early on and
Endocrinology "is replaced by" Endocrinology and diabetology ".
19. in annex 3, part II, point 1.1.1. the last sentence, the word
"orthopedics" is replaced by "orthopaedics and Traumatology of the kinetic
tract ".
20. in annex 3, part II, point 1.1.5. After the word "neurosurgery"
inserted the word "spondylochirurgie," and the word "orthopaedics" are replaced by the
the words "Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the locomotor system".
21. in annex 3, part II, point 2.5. the letter a) is added:
"and a hematologist and transfuziolog) 0.5 and 0.3 harness harness on the bed".
22. in annex 3, part II, points 3.5.1. and 3.5.2. in subparagraph (a))
the word "surgeon" is inserted after the word "spondylochirurg,".
23. in annex No 4, part I, at the end of subparagraph (g)), the words "or
orthopaedic prosthetist ".
24. in annex No 4, part II, the words "without professional supervision"
the words "or orthopaedic prostheses,".
