DECREE
of 14 July 1999. August 2006,
amending Decree No 317/2005 Coll., on further education
teaching staff, the Accreditation Commission and the career system
teaching staff
The Ministry of education, youth and sports, determined in accordance with § 24 para. 6
and section 29 para. 5 of the Act No. 563/2004 Coll. on pedagogic workers and about
change some of the laws:
Article. (I)
Decree No 317/2005 Coll., on the further training of teaching staff,
the Accreditation Commission and the career of teaching staff,
be amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 6 of the dot at the end of paragraph 1 is replaced by a comma and the following
subparagraph (c)), which read as follows:
"(c)) to perform a spot specifically for pedagogical activities
disabled children and students with other types of disabilities. ".
2. In article 6 (1). 3, after the words "paragraph 1 (b). (b)) "the words" and
(c)) ".
