The Government ordered pursuant to section 2b, paragraph 1. 2 of law No 249/1997 Coll., on
Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128/2003 Coll. and Act No. 441/2005 Coll.
and according to § 1 (1). 3 of Act No. 256/2000 Coll., on the State farm
the intervention of the Fund and on the amendments to certain other laws (the law on the State

Article. (I)
Government Regulation No. 204/2004 Coll., amending the common organisation of
of the market in milk and milk products shall lay down the detailed conditions for the granting
aid and national aid consumption of milk and milk products to pupils who
compulsory school attendance in the schools included in the school network in
amended by Decree-Law No. 127/2005 Coll. and Decree-Law No. 371/2005 Coll.
is amended as follows:
1. In article 3, paragraph 3. 1, after the words "in schools", the words "or device
school feeding ".
2. In article 3, paragraph 3. 2 (b)):
"(b)), a body which, on behalf of one or more legal entities
performing activities of a school or school feeding device or
education authorities supplied supported dairy products. ".
3. In article 3, paragraph 3. 4 a) and (b)):
"and in the case of) a legal entity carrying out activities of a school or a device
school feeding, officially a certified copy of the document certifying the establishment of
legal persons,
(b)) in the case of the founder of the school or school feeding device, the list of
legal entities performing activities of a school or school equipment
meals that are established and for which it will supply supported
dairy products ".

4. In article 3, paragraph 3. 4 (b). (d)), point 1, the words "entitles him on behalf of one
or more of the schools "shall be replaced by" it on behalf of one or more
legal entities performing activities of a school or school equipment
eating ".
5. In section 3, paragraph 3. 5, after the words "in schools", the words "or device
school feeding ".
6. In section 4, paragraph 4. 3 (b). and) the words "addresses of the individual schools, or

Explanatory notes:

No 2707/2000, as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 817/2004, the amount of the rates of aid
from the financial resources of the European Community for the period from 1. 9.2006
