DECREE



from day 1. April 2008,



amending Decree No 113/2005 Coll., about how food labelling

and tobacco products, as amended



The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to § 18 para. 1 (b). a) of law No.

110/1997 Coll. on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing

some related laws, as amended by Act No. 316/2004 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No 113/2005 Coll., about how the labelling of foodstuffs and tobacco

products, as amended by Decree No. 368/2005 Coll., Decree No. 497/2005 Coll. and

Decree No. 101/2007 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In footnote No. 2, the phrase "Commission Directive 2005/26/EC of the European

21 March 2005 establishing a list of food ingredients or substances

provisionally excluded from Annex IIIa of Directive 2000/13/EC "and" Directive

2005/63/EC of 3 June 2003. October 2005 correcting directive

2005/26/EC, as regards the determination of food ingredients or substances provisionally

excluded from Annex IIIa of Directive 2000/13/EC. ' shall be deleted and the end of the

the text is supplemented with the phrase "Commission Directive 2007/68/EC of 27 June 2002. November

2007 amending Annex IIIa of Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council

2000/13/EC as regards certain food ingredients. ".

Article. (II)



Transitional provision



Foods that have been put into circulation or marked in accordance with the existing

legislation before 31 December 2006. May 2009, may be sold to

while stocks last.
