DECREE



of 23 December 2003. October 2009,



amending the Decree of the Ministry of transport no. 223/1995 Coll., on

the eligibility of the vessels for use on inland waterways, in

as amended



The Ministry of transport shall be determined according to § 52 of Act No. 114/1995 Coll., on

inland navigation, as amended, to implement section 9

paragraph. 1 and § 10 (1). 2 of this Act:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 223/1995 Coll., on the eligibility of the vessels to operate on

inland waterways, as amended by Decree No 83/2000 Coll.

Decree No. 186/2005 Coll., Decree No. 6/2006 Coll., Decree No. 38/2006

Coll. and Decree No. 173/2009 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. in annex 2 section 1.01.4. added:



"1.01.4. the small vessel Is newly put into operation of recreational

vessel or water Scooter, which are subject to technical requirements

on recreational vessels under other legislation ^ 7), are

the technical requirements for the safety of such a vessel base

the technical requirements laid down by this law and other articles

5.02.3., 5.05.4., 5., 5.05.5., 5.06.3., 5.06.4. and 6.01. up to 6.04.

of this annex. On a water scooter under the preceding sentence, the requirements

laid down in articles 5.02.3., 5.05.4., 5., 5.05.5., 5.06.3., 5.06.4. and

6.01 up 6.04. of this annex do not apply. Meet the requirements of another

the law must be proven by presenting the Declaration of conformity and

the designation of the vessel the CE mark. Unless otherwise provided for in this annex,

applies to the vessel in operation technical safety requirements, which

they were mandatory when it is placed into service. ".



2. in annex 2 section 1.01.5. added:



"the engine of a small vessel 1.01.5. newly put into service and the engine new

installed on a small vessel in operation must satisfy the essential

technical requirements referred to in another legal Act ^ 7), including the

EC declaration of conformity of the connections to the motor and measure the CE marking. This

provision does not apply to the replacement of the built-in engine for the same type,

engine installation vessels, whose construction was allowed until 31 December 2008. 12.2009,

and the vessel, which will be newly put into operation until 31 December 2006. 12.2010, and on the

the engines, which will be newly installed on a small board until 31 December 2006. 12.

2010. ".



Article. (II)



This Decree shall enter into force on the fifteenth day following the date of its publication.
