Buenos Aires signed agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government

The Argentine Republic on the abolition of visa requirements for holders of

diplomatic and service passports of nationals of the Czech Republic and

for holders of diplomatic and official passports of nationals

The Argentine Republic.



The agreement on the basis of its article 7 entered into force on 8 July 2006. December

1996.



The Czech version of the agreement shall be published at the same time.



The AGREEMENT



between the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the Argentine Republic on the abolition of

the visa requirement for holders of diplomatic and service passports

nationals of the Czech Republic and for holders of diplomatic and

official passports of nationals of the Republic of Argentina



The Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the Argentine Republic (hereinafter referred to as "the Contracting

the parties "), in an effort to consolidate the friendly relations between the two countries, with the

Article 1



1. nationals of the Czech Republic, holders of valid diplomatic

or service passports, can enter into the Argentine Republic and the

diplomatic or official passports, can enter the United States and

stay in it for a period of up to 90 days without a visa.



Article 2



1. nationals of the Czech Republic, holders of valid diplomatic

or service passports, who features in the diplomatic mission or

the consular office of the Czech Republic in the Argentine Republic, and who were

accredited as their members, may enter, reside and go out of

Article 3



Cancellation of visa requirement established by this agreement does not exempt the holder of the

State.



Article 4



This agreement shall not prejudice the right of the competent authorities of each Contracting

the parties deny entry or residence to persons whose presence in the territory of

Article 5

Article 6

Article 7



Agreement enters into force on the expiry of thirty days from the date of exchange of notes, in
